Why does slime take 7-14 days for standard shipping? To ensure you receive the freshest texture possible, many of our slimes are made-to-order. This time includes processing, handcrafted production, and safe transit to your doorstep.
Can I track my order? Absolutely! Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Slime Care & Tips
What should I do if my slime arrives sticky? Due to varying temperatures during shipping, slime can sometimes arrive a bit sticky. Don't worry! Every order includes a "Slime Care Kit" with activator powder and instructions to help you get the perfect consistency.
How long does Ivellora slime last? With proper care (washing hands before use and keeping the lid tight), our slimes can last for months! Store your slime in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Returns & Satisfaction
What is your return policy? Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of slime, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you have an issue with your texture, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right!
